Bob's Red Mill products labeled Gluten Free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an ELISA Gluten Assay test to confirm that a product is gluten free.
Since starting this company over thirty years ago, our mission has always been to offer the most diverse array of stone ground, whole grain products. About ten years ago, we noticed that some folks were exclusively buying gluten free grains like brown rice, sorghum and quinoa. Soon after that, we learned all about the gluten free diet and how important it is to millions of people like you.
Over the years we have introduced a variety of measures to ensure purity in our line of gluten free products that have become industry standard. We inspect all farm deliveries, use dedicated gluten free production facilities and employ batch testing in our quality control laboratory. Knowing that we're providing safe and delicious gluten free foods that you and your family can trust makes it all worth the effort.

the best GF brownies I have ever had. I've tried them all, and settle for nothing less than this. the Ghiradelli chocolate also does the trick.
I made these for a potluck and they were such a hit! People couldn't believe they were gluten free. And they were not too sugary either. I think they would have been better with dark chocolate chips mixed in though. Highly recommended.
Good, but sweet

Really nice taste, but lots of sugar, so they're very sweet. Plus, they get SUPER hard if you keep them in the fridge. It's more like biting off a hard piece of chocolate than into a soft brownie. Whatever, still chocolate, and I'm still gonna eat it!!!!!!

Make sure you bake it long enough. I bake it about 5 to 10 minutes longer than the mix recommends.
Oh my gosh!!! Yummy doesn't say it all!!! ♥♥♥ Click on my username for more reviews!

This mix is so awesome for those who can't have gluten or if you don't have to worry about it! If someone didn't tell you it was gluten free, you wouldn't know!!! I am ready to buy and make another batch! These are simply the best brownies ever!!!
