What you'll need:
- 1 Package Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie Mix
- 1 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a 9" x 9" baking pan.*
Pour brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs and butter and mix well. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
Makes 16 brownies.

*For a thicker brownie, use an 8" x 8" pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.

The ratios they give for eggs and water are totally off. The brownies went rock hard as there wasn't enough liquid as directed from the packaging.

Really nice taste, but lots of sugar, so they're very sweet. Plus, they get SUPER hard if you keep them in the fridge. It's more like biting off a hard piece of chocolate than into a soft brownie. Whatever, still chocolate, and I'm still gonna eat it!!!!!!
Make sure you bake it long enough. I bake it about 5 to 10 minutes longer than the mix recommends.

This mix is so awesome for those who can't have gluten or if you don't have to worry about it! If someone didn't tell you it was gluten free, you wouldn't know!!! I am ready to buy and make another batch! These are simply the best brownies ever!!!
