This is a great start to your day .. I make a double batch and freeze my drink holder then in the am pour the other half in and it stays cold a long time .. Add some frozen berries or yogurt ice cubes .. For a great lunch or supper
To be honest, I have tasted many protein shakes that have a better taste. One star for vitamins, proteins and fiber. I'd look for something else.
