Suggested Use

For one bundle, bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large cooking pot (add 2 cups water per each additional bundle). Add pasta, lower heat, and boil gently 4 to 6 minutes, or until tender. Drain well, rinse with cold water, drain again, and serve. One bundle is one serving.

Best whole wheat udon I've found

The texture is good, reasonably firm. I had to cook them longer than 6 minutes, but the result was good. What I didn't really like was the taste of whole wheat .

Difficult to cook

The noodles take a long time to cook in boiling water and it tends to clump together after cooking.
