It's only made of healthy ingredients. Tastes like a mix of dried dates, figs & etc. .

the maltodextrin makes it taste like water that pasta had been cooked in... an unwanted property in a sweetener, in my opinion.

Adding a natural sweetener (KAL Pure Stevia Extract / CAL-10412 - which tastes great in just about everything else) didn't help either.

It Has a Bitter, Unpleasant Taste, a Bit Like a Bad-Quality Marzipan. Ruined My Vegan Ice-Cream :(

It Really Does Seem to Aid as a Mood Brighter

I only wish I would have known about this little natural wonder earlier. I take 2 daily, along with St. John's Wort (Hypericum).
