I'm American but I live in Korea. I have to have hot oatmeal in the morning. It fills me up and keeps me until lunch. This is very easy to cook and I usually make it in the microwave. Just add some milk (I use soy milk due to allergies) and some honey and cinnamon. Delicious morning treat!

Very healthy, but i like sweet things, so i add this to my usual cereal. Will not repurchase.
