excellent addition to my oatmeal, rich nutty taste, gives nice additional flavor to it! will repurchase even if a bit expensive (4 stars because of price)

I did not found it to be special - just usual nut mix. Maybe the vitamins will turn to be very helpful... But the price is too high, in my opinion

This flaxseed is great to add to any meal - soap, salad, jogurt & more. Be careful those who have nut allergy.

i won these in a iherb competition and i loved them, i also won the Linwoods, Ground Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts & Q10....which was my favourite as it tasted so nutty....so good for your health and i especially loved them in my natural yogurt....all i can say is....delicious!
