Soluble fiber from foods such as psyllium seed husks, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A serving of Whole Psyllium Husks supplies 6 grams of the 7 grams soluble fiber necessary per day to have this effect.
Vigorously mix 1-2 level tablespoons daily into at least 12 oz of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.

I drink one tablespoon with a cup of water first thing in the morning and it really works, before I would go to the toilet every two or three days, now I go almost every day, so happy about it :)

Psyllium is a excellent fiber that helps me feel full. I like it. But if I take too much I get bloated, so keep the portions a right size, dont overdo it :-)

I prefer the powder psyllium husks. I find they are easier to drink

I take this Psyllium Husks for almost 2 years and my family keep taking this as a fiber supplement. It cures my constipation without pain and help my husband to prevent cardiovascular problem. It is a great product and we love it so much!
