I think this product works. I have never before tried to use a detox item or an intestinal cleanser but both were great. At first it was pretty hard to choke down but after a few days you get used to it and my skin started to clear up after about 4days. I had a feeling of being full for longer periods of time so my snacking was reduced and I definitely could tell it was cleaning things out internally. Love this product!

I swear by this stuff. Food clears my system faster and I feel lighter with a cleaner colon. If you use this daily and get a colonic at least 4 times a year, you'll be good to go. When I miss taking this, I notice right away that my stomach is more bloated. I mix mine with 4 oz juice and 4 oz water and shake it well. Drink immediately so it does not gel on you.

I take this product every morning in a very large glass of water with a little lemon or juice. It keeps me regular and really flushes me out. I have hemorrhoids but they never bother me. There is much less straining with this product. Also helpful is that I eat lots of fiber too.

Much better than the others and worth the money

I've used Sonne's No. 9 Intestinal Cleaner for decades. There are cheaper alternatives but they aren't the same. In fact they--the alternatives--damage your gut by clogging it up. Sonne's contains finely ground Plantago Ovato Blond Psyllium Seed Plus Husk--emphasis on "finely ground." The competition offers a course-ground product that only clogs your gut when you use it with liquid bentonite; then, you're in worse shape than you started. I've used this stuff at approximate 5-year intervals for four decades. You don't need to use an enema; your body will pass out all the accumulation you're trying to move out if you use Sonne's No. 9 along with Great Plains Yerba Prima Bentonite--which is an acceptable alternative for Sonne's No. 7. I dare anyone to throw this down the sink I left it in a glass of water for half a day and it became super jelly its way stronger than the cheap generic psyllium husk they sell in the herb stores. Also I noticed almost everytime I take it 10 minutes later I have to go to the washroom that's how strong it is, I don't think there is anything better than this on the market.
