These are one of the better gluten free cookies out there. They are tender to the bite, just like shortbread is supposed to be. It reminded me a little of the chinese almond cookies I've eaten in the past, only without the trans fats. It has little pieces of almonds in there as well. Because they are so tender, they tend to arrive in pieces when delivered. I think UPS must have drop-kicked my package before giving it to me. I happily ate the crumbs with a spoon though. Very tasty!

I know it's organic, gluten free and all but taste horrible! Very very sweet, buttery, crumbly and taste strange! I couldn't eat it.

Amy's is apparently missing a cohesive agent to keep her gluten free cookies from becoming a crumbled mess. The flavor is fine and ingredients natural, the reason for 3 stars. But if you are planning a tea and cookies party, don't put your faith in this one.
