superior to frontier

Comparing Starwest Yerba Mate to the less expensive Frontier Yerba Mate: Frontier turns brown within a minute of the water hitting the leaves. Oxidized, and while drinkable tastes oxidized. Starwest stays green and glowy for at least 30 minutes of exposure to hot water. Starwest has a less "strong" flavour but more mouthfeel. Starwest bag has a resealable zip lock on top. Starwest is worth the extra money in my opinion.

Very earthy and fresh taste. I liked it allot more than the popular Brand 'Yerba Mate'. In fact, I am about to order two more bags!

Use it for Hot Tea

I use this for green tea. Takes about a half-teaspoon for a full cup of tea. If you drink green tea, its similar, has a mild green very slight bitter flavor. I oversteeped one cup, was still okay. Use it for the antioxidant benefits. Much cheaper to buy in bulk rather than individual tea bags.
