Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Puree the first five ingredients in a blender.
  2. Slowly add MCT Oil while blending.
  3. Transfer contents into a glass.
  4. With a spoon, stir in the Citrulade. Do not use the blender for this step.

Sweet Potato and Pineapple Creamsicle Smoothie
