Dr. Ohhira's Essential Living Oils is carefully blended and balanced to deliver 550 mg of Omega 3 oils (as a-linolenic acid - ALA), 140 mg of Omega 6 (linoleic acid LA) and 135 mg of Omega 9 fatty acids (oleic acid).
