Bilberry is related to the blueberry and is native to northern Europe where it is harvested when the berries are ripest, between July and September. Nature's Way® uses an extract of bilberry to guarantee 36% anthocyanins, the component of bilberry that has been shown to promote eye health.
Take 2 capsules three times daily.
Cellulose, plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), magnesium stearate.
