Have been using for a few weeks, think it is too early to determine if it makes a difference yet.

I have been using the product for a few weeks and haven't noticed much change physically in my body. It is probably a little early to tell if product really helps.

Thanks for your feedback!

Licorice is supposed to be good for virus. but it hasn't taken away my shingles.

I have tried this for my chronic gastritis and pharyngitis and to see if it can replace ibuprofen after information on examine.com and other findings. Not much worried about glycyrr- something side effects because I'm not gonna do any overdose. It seems to have some anti-inflammatory effects to replace ibuprofen(1 tab/day). I have stopped to take ibuprofen since I started to take this 2cap with ginger powder every morning. But I'm not 100% sure because the ginger combination and air temperature is getting warmer these days. After about week of ginger+2 cap morning tea dosage, it developed too much and long sustained morning cortisol level. So I carefully re-searched information about the cortisol related side effect of licorice and concluded to stop using this few days ago. (at first i reduced to one cap day) Please be careful and keep monitoring if the cortisol related side effect develops. But after stopping this some of pain symptoms are back. I'm thinking whether to try to resume this with very small dose like half cap/day or 1 cap per two days. I am normally not much sensitive to supplement side effects listed there, so I think this side effect could be synergistic with ginger intake. Just my guess.
