The nutrition label is a little different than what iHerb shows (10 more calories, 1g more protein). If you're craving ramen, this is a good healthier version. Definitely not as good as regular ramen. It's not especially tasty, but it's not bad either. Considering the price, though, I probably wouldn't buy again.
