I like to eat almond butter because I like incorporating a little extra protein where I can, and I also love dark chocolate. This almond butter is great because the chocolate taste is actually like dark chocolate, rich and not too sweet or sugary. If I didn't use it for a while the oil started to separate, but I just mixed it up with a knife and I didn't notice any differences after that.
