I am following the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) which eliminates coffee. Looking for a wholesome substitute, I chose dandelion root and chicory root. This tea / coffee is YUMMY! And the benefits are are incredible for me (unlike coffee and its caffeine). The packaging, size and quality of this product is excellent. The taste and ingredients are exactly what I expected. Honestly, I don't recognize a difference between the coffee and the new blend I've made. I combine the roasted dandelion root (roast it yourself in the oven if you get raw) & roasted chicory root at about a 1:1 ratio (or a little less chicory). Then, I use about 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of that blend in a french press with boiling water and steep for about 3 minutes (longer for bolder flavor). I drink 2 -3 servings a day with coconut milk and sometimes raw honey and collagen. I don't miss coffee at all!

I like this brand, pure and good quality, and bulk is usually cheaper. The zipper bag packaging is also great to keep the product fresh after opening. The dandelion root is a little bitter, but used to bitter taste. I usually make tea with dandelion leaves to help cleansing the liver and the kidneys.

This is my favorite dandelion root! A herbalist introduced me to it because I suffer from contact dermatitis. I still deal with it, but I can tell it relieves me a bit from inflammation. Nothing drastic, but still helpful. I add some lemon and raw honey and enjoy the taste.

Dandelion root tea tends to taste like weeds and sticks as you could expect, so don't buy it for the taste. It is good for you though, so I add a tea ball holding some of this product to a cup of pleasant tasting tea. The good tea taste comes through and improves the taste of this other. I let it steep for several minutes and get all the benefits of the dandelion root in a more appealing experience than if I drank just this alone. Among other things dandelion root tea is something of a diuretic so if I'm retaining water I appreciate that feature especially.
