I have taken these for over 10 years. They were recommended to me by my allergist. I highly recommend them along with Allergy Research's Mulit-Vit-Min without copper and iron (which for some reason seems hard to get). I think the quality is excellent. I don't get a Niacin flush when I take them. ] I find that when I take them my energy level is higher.

not my preferred form of b12, good form of thiamine, not preferred form of niacin but it never is in these blends for some reason. Good to get choline, inositol in there as well Be aware that one dose is 2 caps, so it runs out twice as fast - may affect the value for money. Hghlighter yellow pee as usual, I didn't notice the flush.
