I take this Panax Ginseng Extract after a breakfast meal. Good mood and energy felt for all day, I take only once a day. The capsule is not too big but for some reasons it is a bit difficult to swallow compared to other capsules. There is a little bit of herb taste when you first consume but that won't stay long and no after taste or burp. Top quality and good packaging. I am taking together with Ginkgo Biloba, so I feel really fresh. I would also like to think it helps with stress and immunity because I feel energized during the day. Panax ginseng is also called Asian Ginseng and is the only “true” Ginseng. I use it as a tonic. It is considered an adaptogen. I opened a capsule and the taste is very bitter just like it should be. I am happy with the quality of California Gold products. I also use their St. John’s Wort.

I seem to be suffering from chronic fatigue and this product definately allows me to complete daily tasks that I couldn't before. If I skip a day, I definately notice! However, IHERB needs to stop price hiking products. Check your past purchases and how often iherb is increasing their prices.

I've come to love ginseng! It's a necessity for my energy, immunity & wellness. I take 2 capsules daily & its very supportive to my active lifestyle :). I love the green capsules too. Only thing I just wish the dose was a bit higher but the quality is superb. Surely wont be my last bottle!
