I combine this with super omega 2000 for maximum cognitive benefits. These also score high on the International fish oil standard tests and come from a reputable quality controlled lab. DHA+EPA are certainly one of the most effective supps you can take. Definitely a no brainer.

At iHerb, I got this big batch of Carlson DHA for a great price. DHA is more important for me in comparison to EPA because it has Nootropic benefits while EPA has only heart health benefits.
