Great moisturiser but …

Moisturiser itself is great for my skin (sensitive). It is not fragranced (which I prefer) and goes on smooth. The “but” is that my bottle’s pump action did not work, and I was not able to use the cream as normal, by pumping (which is hygienic) each time. However, I applied for a refund from iHerb and it was given immediately. I have salvaged maybe half of the moisturiser by scraping it out with the handle of a thin spoon and putting into a jar. This isn’t hygienic, but it has enabled me to test the moisturiser in my skin and saved wasting all of it. I don’t know if many bottles are faulty like mine was.
