We use this every single time we get the sniffles. It's been a godsend when anyone of us gets hit by the flu. Very useful and easy to use. If I were to be very picky, I would say an easier way to squeeze the water out would be appreciated. Otherwise this is 100% fine for our needs.

This nasal wash / neti pot works as needed. One thing I was surprised by was that you need to squeeze it, and if you unsqueeze before letting go, the water moved backwards in your nose, which can feel really weird. So as long as you remember to hold the bottle while you remove it from your nose, it'll do the trick. And with more water pressure than other neti pots I have tried, which helps to speed up the process.

It really helps for runny nose due to allerguc rhinitis, and it is easy to use. I like the bottle because you can use it without tilting your head. It is not painful also and no drowning feeling. Will order more.
This bottle is the best for nasal washing. The salt as well. Buying this for years. About every four months I change the bottle to a new one. So it last for a satisfying amount of time.
