Initially, bought it to consume for travelling as supplement for veggies. It reduced the constipation which used to occur as most of time consumed insufficient veggies. Since then have taken it twice a day most of the time. Pass motion has become smoother. Wanted to buy it again but don't know why it has been in no stock since a few months ago.
