Haven't received these yet but I've had them before. Recently discovered them and I find them balancing . When I took a whole tablet it made me want to cry, so now I take half and it balances my hormones ok. I also take premarin HRT. I would recommend this if you think you need progesterone.

Got the soy isoflavones but mainly for the genistein content. Always trust nature's plus brand.
