Now Foods Ginger Dices are consistently not scary, other brands sometimes have suspect weird textures - I don't know if there's arsenic in the processing of these dices but I've never seen a warning anywhere on the bag or the brands pages. I really like Now Foods too, although I have to real reason why other than they're not a conglomerate (that I know of?) and their products are consistent. These ginger dices are always the same, not too sweet, just enough coating of sugar. They're not terribly sweet, they taste like ginger and if i stir some into yogurt and let it sit the heat really develops, its great for baking.

I like it very much. Ginger is my favorite product and this is easy to use and handle around in a small ziplock bag for any case of nausea and more.
I got these to add to my high fiber oatmeal cookies and carrot muffins. The diced character is most helpful since other slices are difficult to cut.

I used these back in December for my gingerbread cookies, and they came out amazing! This is a great snack on it's own, but when used in baked goods they get an even sweeter, creamier texture. Will use again.

A little on the spicy side but oh so good! My tummy loves the ginger after dinner and because it's a strong ginger it helps to not keep snacking. Pop a few in your mouth before putting away leftovers so they go in the fridge lol.n
