It's provides a good nasal relief, I like it. Though it has a swèet after taste, but the benefits are okay. Good value for money. It doesn't a strong a scent. I use it whenever I have allergies or clogged nose. I find it very helpful. Handy size and packaging.

Love the smell and aroma of this item. It is absolutely super for helping to avoid respiratory viruses, spritz once in the morning before you go out, once after contact with other people or large groups and once in the evening. I started using this item at a recommendation from a neighbor. It is really effective and offers fast relief! Am loving this high quality saline spray. The moment that I started using it my nasal passages opened up and I could breathe again. Now, I just have to spray with a frequency of twice a day, once in the morning and before bedtime and no longer have to suffer from blocked nose. That’s truly a blessing since I was having to use decongestants every night. I was taking antihistamines multiple times daily and always before bedtime but now I haven’t had to take any antihistamines any longer. That’s why it gets 5 stars.

I'm writing this review to make a comparison between the 22 ml nasal spray and the 45 ml spray bottles. You have to squeeze the 22 ml bottle correctly to make the saline droplets reach the upper part of your nasal cavity, and you get to ask yourself if you are doing it right. It is a hit or miss experience. As for the 45 ml spray, it is so easy to use. You are sure that the fine saline mist reaches your upper nasal cavity all the time. Both products have great quality and can bring numerous benefits. So go ahead, choose the 45 ml spray bottle.
and I used Vicks, Otrivine, and other sprays that will make you addicted. Yes, this means you need to use them constantly every 8 hours, This product's not like this, it does not give you any form of addiction. You can use it as many times as you like, it's natural and it's a good remedy for sinusitis or rhinitis. Next time I need to try Rescue and Max since I am so pleased with this one, I want to try the other Xlear products too ;)
