Excellent! Even tho you can get your needed amino acids just from your diet, I still like to drink Xtend products during my workout. Mango madness got a legit taste. A bit too sweety maybe but still wow. Put some lemon juice in it if you wanna do the trick

This BCAA has all the great ingredient in it. It has really helped me to develop endurance during workout and also, recovery period is less since using this BCAA. I notice less to no soreness even after heavy sessions. The size is great but the mango madness flavour just taste a little too artificial for me. Will definitely try another flavour
