I did a DNA test (Admera Health) through my PCP to understand which medications I metabolize, and through that I discovered I have the MTHFR gene mutation. I started seeing a holistic chiropractor who recommended this supplement (along with a few others), and seriously, I felt so much better. On a fatigue scale of 1-10 (1 feeling terrible, 10 feeling energized), I went from a daily 2-3 to 4-5, even 6 on a good day. iHerb has also been great. I seem to always panic order at the last minute, and shipping is so fast!
i take TMG the methyl donor effect, and to test if it cud benefit my mood. i took one before food twice a day, with methyl folate, 1000mg niacinamide and activated b complex. so far it helped my heart palpitations. ( odten cud rduce it to 0 in 20 mins) i also alternate it with 150mg dmg every other day. Damg often seem to effect faster i feel

I have only been taking this for a week and I notice a lot more energy, focus at work, and a better mood. My boss actually told me about this because it helps him with energy and stamina on the hockey field. The first day I took it I was so exhausted that I could barely keep my eyes open and I was expecting this to perk me up and it didn't. It took a few days to kick in but there is definitely a difference in my mood and energy. I was singing in the kitchen today and just happy, I have MS and my energy is down a lot these days which makes me moody. So far this is helping so I would def recommend it. I will try to remember to update my review in a month or so because like I said, it has only been a week. Excited to see how I feel in a month
I've been taking one capsule of this per day for 2 months along with NMN and resveratrol, while I can't tell visible difference, I've experienced a few stomach cramps when I took this on an empty stomach (as directed on the label).
I bought this product last year and up til now I'm still loyal to this excellent supplement , it never fails to give me enough energy to focused better on my job, and it also improves my mood so much.
