That is a high dosage but I can tolerate it well if I take it with a strong digestive enzyme. I feel that is the secret. Taking by itself makes my stomach burn. I took it for recurrent Bacterial vaginosis and UTI. After doctors prescribed one antibiotic after the other and I didnt feel better, I stopped taking medications and just took this. After one month I checked with gyn again and they could not find any bacteria. They even took the test twice, cause they did not believe it first. It turned out I also got a candida issue. I got some die off symptoms and break outs while I was on high dose allicin (6capsules a day). But it got better after a month and lowering the dosage. I wasnt even aware of the candida problem, but I guess thats due to antibiotics. Another side effect was diarrhea while I took allicin. I started taking probiotic after 4 weeks on allicin which solved this issue too. Highly recommended product. Its better than antibiotic. Just dont freak out if there are any side effects. The body will release many toxins. And healing crisis is a real thing. Changing to a healthy diet, stop alcohol and nicotine made a big difference too. The side effects disappeared as I changed my lifestyle. Support your liver while taking it.

A great natural alternative to antibiotic. A little expensive but you can tell the quality is there. You can taste the garlic, but it is not strong. Didnt give me bad breath. recommend!

A review from my brother: He was on the verge of passing out just doing light tasks. He was taking high doses of two antibiotics that weren't making much of a difference after two weeks, when his order for these arrived. It was clear what a difference it made. His boils were drying up, the redness was fading, and he was in considerably less agony after a few days. (He took two in the morning and two in the evening)
