A good tasting supplement for kids, that also contains bioflavonoids. Serving size is just right. Good, high quality ingredients. Great for adults too, I myself eat some throughout the day. The benefits of vitamin C for the body are undisputable of course. Bluebonnet is a great company, we use several of their products.
I spent quite some time looking for a vitamin C for my kid to use in addition to a multivitamin. I did not want gummies and I did not want something with artificial sweetener. I came across this product and it is everything we were hoping for. Each vitamin contains 125 mg vitamin C, 1 gram of sugar (cane), among other things like fruits & veggies. The taste is a bit sour and tart and they are quite crunchy. My kid love them and always ask for more. The only thing I could say is that I wish the serving size was 1 instead of 2.
In these days of Covid we take daily Vitamin C supplements and this one my daughter really loves. It also gives me a little peace of mind knowing my daughter is getting a boost to her immune system. In general, we really enjoy Bluebonnet products. They are good quality and affordable.
Super ingredient list! Love the addition of the superfruit/veggie blend, and I love that these have 250mg of Vitamin C per dose and only 2g of sugar. Kids approve and I do too!!
We get these for our child in the winter months to help give her immune system a boost. Unsure if they really help but she loves them so it's easy for us. Good package size for the price.
