I tried 1 capsule of the Ginsana Energy to see how it would affect me. Within about 30 minutes I started feeling more alerted, but then I kept getting more stimulated/alert, feeling amped up. Then I got a strong headache and had to take .some Tylenols I am not sure if it is the ginseng or the eleutherococcus precipitating it; perhaps I'll try .just 1/2 capsule after waiting a few days So then, use with CAUTION if you are prone to anxiety, tachycardia, palpitations, etc. as it can really amp you up. The product must be of good quality to cause such rapid effect, but it is too strong for me to use regularly, and it also caused .sleep impairment after a single dose
