Use it with on an empty stomach for optimal absorption! I start my morning like this, then wasn't 1/2 hour to eat. The results have been amazing! My hair, (lip, leg, head, etc) is noticeably growing faster! My skin is a wonderful, softer texture! This product is turning back the years! Wrinkles are minimizing, previous pain from old sports injuries have faded, and my skin glows again!

I LOVE this product and have recommended this to family and friends. I have seen an improvement to my skin and nails and as we get older I feel anything you do to benefit your body is a bonus. The taste on its own can be hard to drink (which I don't mind) but know many that mix it in shakes and coffee.

I’ve been using Collagen Up for about a year. Great product. Now travel is opening up post Corona I have stocked up on these small packets they are the perfect solution for traveling. If I go on holiday for 2 weeks I just take 14 packets with me - no bulky plastic containers.

I love this and how it's easily divided in portions so I can add this to my morning beverage every day when I need to grab a to-go coffee. I notice improvement in my knee joints and elasticity of my skin too! The downside for this is that it doesn't blend easily and I usually take about 3mins to stir continuously before it mixes in. It's been suitable with my keto diet and didnt kick me out of ketosis.

Best ever. Quality of this product is amazing, have been using this for a while now and I see the difference. The benefits are there and proven as family and friends have also noticed the difference. There is no taste once you drink it but the smell could scrunch some faces up.

I had this collagen in a bigger package, not individually dozed and I was happy with it, I decided to get the sachets for when I am on the road, they are very handy! collagen itself hardly has any smell or taste and I am adding it to juices and shakes.

I love these individual packets! Especially in a warm, humid environment where a canister would most definitely clump! The taste is amazing, very easy to blend without any additional after taste. I actually add it to my coffee. I only placed my first order so far, but just about to order again. I don't have a comment on noticeable effects just yet but I'm really hoping for improvement with hair, skin and nails!

The best thing about this collagen is that is does not have any particular bad taste as it is a usual problem with collagens. Took this with just water in the mornings ans it was working fine. Marine collagen is not my first choice though, but for those who prefer that form this one is perfect.

These are great for when traveling and you still want to take your collagen. Easy to carry & pack .. I would definitely repurchase when needed. For daily use at home I just use the one in a big box.
