Gave this for my sister who recovered from covid but continued to have persistent cough despite being on doctor’s cough medication for more than a week. After taking this for 2 days, her cough reduced quite a bit. After one week, the cough was gone. This could be due to a combination of the cordyceps, medication and natural recovery.

Not much visibile changes in my blood works but think it gives me more energy. I made a mistake and took in mid afternoon and it kept me up in the night. Now I take it in the morning and feel less tired. A reasonable alternative to taking the original cordyceps.
