Need to buy again this product, the quality of california olive ranch is definitely amazing the ingredients the taste, the package is okay many benefit, and really beneficial, not use for cooking, I drink it 10ml on empty stomach, include on my diet routine, so I recommend this product. My favourite Olive oil by far. I love that it’s organic and from California olives. It’s a little pricy on iherb but it’s the only place I could order it to deliver to Ireland. I use it for my skincare balms and for cooking. It’s a lovely peppery flavour but not overpowering.

I used to hate olive oil because I couldn’t swallow it. But this brand is mild. Not mild enough but it’s okay to swallow without the urge to throw up. Will try other type. Perhaps arbosana. I’m still looking for less smelly oil.
