Consider the brand Coromega a shortcut for pure fish oil products. Coromega uses only the finest ultra-refined fish oil originating from wild fishing stock in the clear waters of South America. I trust Coromega's products not to have any carcinogenic and environmental contaminants. I frequently purchase the citrus flavor of their high concentrate omega-3 and this is my first time to purchase the coconut variant. The taste of this supplement is true bliss, nothing can get closer to it, the packaging is genius and so convenient to use that I'm afraid from now on I'm hooked on this fish oil. It hard to judge the efficasy of any supplements, so I'll refreain from giving my opinion on it. But to be fair I've tried the Carlson Labs fish oil, and from many another brands and felt nothing. I don't eat fish at all and just in case I add fish oil to my supplement stack. Better be safe than sorry.
