It took about 6 months of using this daily for me to really notice a difference in joint and back pain at a pretty young age. Quells all kinds of inflammation in the body. I brew it into a strong tea, make a week's worth at a time and keep it in the fridge and squeeze half a lemon into it to improve absorption. If I go a week without, the joint pain starts coming back.
Product is well packed in protected packaging. Comes in shredded/ flakes of bark. Best placed in teabag before steeping so you don’t get chunks in your mouth. Easy to consume as a beverage/ tea. Have been eating this for 3 months and benefits include clearing up allergies & improving overall immunity.
A good product! I prepare a tea by letting it steep in boiling water, ideally for as long as 20 minutes. The regular use (a tea spoon per good-sized cup) helps to keep the balance of good bacteria and keeps yeast species under control. To enhance the taste and color of the tea I add cardamon, cinnamon, clove, star anise, and dandelion root. Delicious!
I love the taste of it. It has a mild sweetness to it that I really enjoy. This tea is for you if you are into earthy/floral flavors. I would say it kinda has a hint of vanilla to it. I bought it to help with my skin condition. But it's hard to say for sure if it helps or not. I'm happy to have another caffeine-free option in my tea selection. I just enjoy drinking it for its flavor :) As for the packaging. It's in a large foil bag, so it keeps the light away. No extra unnecessary packaging.
Of the 5-7 herbal teas that I keep in stock and drink throughout the year, this Pau d'Arco bark blend is the easiest to drink as it has such a light soft flavor. The package is one rather large sealable tin bag. I've portioned it into smaller containers to take to work and make fresh pots there.
I love this tea it blends great with a sprinkle of lemon , on top of the benefit it provides, it has a very pleasant taste and without caffeine or added ingredients, a tablespoon makes a perfect serving and i use it frequently , I am very satisfied with the great quality I have ordered three packages, they are the rite size for each member of my family, and I will order it again in the future : )
My skin is prone to rashes for some reason unknown to me. They come and go. But for the last 4 months I've been dealing with some pretty bad ones. I had done everything I know to do topically with some improvement, but not enough, I was still having painful flare-ups. I read another review of this Pau darco supplement that said it helped with autoimmune rashes, so I ordered it but wasn't expecting much. I started taking 6 per day (2 with each meal) and my 4 month old rashes are almost completely gone after 5 days. I'm actually pretty amazed, because nothing has been working! The improvement hasn't been without some side effects. I've had killer headaches, and have been generally tired. But it's better after the first few days. I suspect it was a candida issue and this may be the "die off" thing, but I can't be sure. All I know is that for me, this is working like magic.

Very good quality Pau d'Arco Bark for a caffeine free tea, package well to keep in the freshness. Pau d'Arco has been beneficially used for candida, herpes simplex virus, influenza, parasitic diseases, bacterial infections and cancer. I drink a cup a day for general good health. The tea is delicious with a mild taste.
works as expected. easy make tea after many uses. it taste like most tea blend. it seem to boost the caffeine in my coffee and make me stay awake all night long when i have it with my coffee in the morning. i need to add an extra teaspoon to make it stronger than i remembered long ago. I drink it all day for 2 weeks. The quality seem to be not strong as i had it years ago. i drink it thru out the day.
Good quality. Great for the immune tea I make. I often soak it very long let it cool off over night in the fridge pour off the water and pour more boiling water over it to get to use it for all that the bark contains . I like blending it with other teas. Often nettles, chamomile, elderberry and mint.
