I love the fact that it is organic with a great taste for the kids... and I have no doubt it's healthy.. but it's not optimum as sleeping aid 😴 Which is pretty much expected as it does not have melatonin.

I’d like to start off with how clean the ingredients are! If you’re like me and look into ingredients then this one’s for you! It does taste pretty good. It says that it’s for anyone from ages 4 and up but I use it on my one year old and it’s perfectly fine since the doze I give is very small, it’s half of a teaspoon!
