So … GardenOfLie RAW Zn I suggest to take just 1 caps 15mg (its enough)- my sis (has hashimoto’s) and I when took 30mg we felt nausea but after lowering dose to 1caps we feel alright. I guess that the power o natural Zink. Since I'm an athlete I take it 1h before sleep w/ Mg (glicynate). Zn is required as a co-factor for more than 300 different enzymes, so it’s needed for their proper functioning. This is zinc in 30mg therapeutic dose when 2 capsules are taken. I started taking 1 capsule per day then decided to take the leap to 2 per day. So far so good. I like the garden of life brand because their products changed my life many years ago (multivitamins, omega 3s, probiotics and shakes ). The only problem was the price that tends to be higher than average. I found this at a great price here, I think it was on sale, I don't regret buying it. I feel like it's a good quality as are other garden of life products. I am taking it along with other supplements to boots my immune system and balance my copper. You should check your zinc level and your zinc/copper ratio before you embark on supplementing with zinc to avoid over dosing and adverse side effects.

I’ve used this brand for years because it’s one of the few that I can actually tell is being absorbed in my body. It helps my acne a lot. It also has so many great ingredients in it that are actually made from food which I love. Never going to switch from this brand for zinc.

I recently started taking this at the suggestion and encouragement of a friend because I am hypersensitive and often has allergic reaction to many things. I am not a Doctor or Dietitian, so I am not convinced about supplements that comes in the form of compounds that I have never heard of, and would usually go to food formula supplements which I can dig up more info and better understand. Zinc is important mineral for immunity reason, and if you do a lot of carbohydrates like I do then you need to pay attention and do some research on your own about this topic.
I have not been using this product as long as the Raw Calcium but if it works even half as well, it was worth the switch from regular zinc. I had heard that a zinc and D3 regimen was good to repel Covid. Garden of Life is a gread product line. Definitely worth a try!!
