So good! I used to eat these allthe time in the US and they are some of my favorite sunflower seeds. The flavor is very rich and roasty, almost like peanut butter. Some seeds taste a bit greenish but these are so rich and delicious. Depends on your taste but if you love roasted nuts, you may love these. If you like a more raw taste, these might be a bit toasty but it's worth while to try the small bag. I'm just considering different tastes but I love them. They can make a salad feel rich and flavorful. This size package is a great deal and I'm already going to place another order with them. So glad iherb has them.
