From the product component with a handy storage space for the spatula, to the actual product itself, this entire thing is perfect. I use this as the first step of double-cleansing and it leaves my skin feeling so soft and clean, but never dry and stripped. The scent is light, fresh, and pleasant (reminds me of a lemon pie smell). It doesn't leave a film or residue after rinsing off. this one is easy to travel with!

One of my all time favorite makeup removers! I use alot of makeup and this melts everything off! This is gentle on sensitive skin and this doesn’t burn my skin or eyes! It has a mild fresh scent to it which i love, and makes me feel very clean and moisturized! will definitely buy again!

This is perfect cleans balm, first time I have tried in the Heimish mini kit as a trial product, then order full version and very satisfy! with small amount of product it so easy to remove make up, don't need any more use so many cotton pads. Great that balm is easy to rinse and skin is no dry or fatty!

If you ever thought of trying this balm or not after using hydrophilic oil then you definitely should try it! It’s amazing and after all it’s my favorite step in my night skincare routine, it flourishes sunscreen away really well! Although I’m not sure if it does the same with the cosmetics 🤪

Heard many good things about this cleansing balm. I used to use clean it zero but this hemish cleansing balm is more worth the price. Really love the packaging, really sleek and it also comes with a spoon. I prefer cleansing balms over cleansing oils, it suites my skin better.

This product is so good and convenient, it does take off all of my makeup really fast, doesn't sting my eyes, nor does it leave any traces of eye makeup. Plus, although the packaging is a little bulky to carry, it is well sealed and doesn't spill anything while traveling. Also, it is well designed and comes with a little spatula. Another pro is that I'm using it frequently for the last few months and it still almost full, so it does last a long time. 10/10 recommend.

Truly love this all clean cleansing balm. Removed all my stubborn makeup effortlessly. Love how the cap is hygienic as it comes with an upper flap and a scoop to scoop out the product. It melts instantly on your hands and applies so smoothly to your face. Would definitely repurchase this again in the future.

Amazing! My face feels super clean after using this and it makes my water based cleanser work even better. It’s very moisturizing and doesn’t dry out my face at all (I have normal/dry skin so that’s a plus). I also love the packaging and that a small spatula is included so that you can scoop the product easier.
