Great product if you have high blood sugar (diabetes type 2) or insulin resistance as it is suitable for you. I have insulin resistance and my dad has diabetes type 2 and we both take it and we feel very good, with no need to take metformin. My favorite stuff ever. I have a major sweet tooth, so this helps me deposit less fat in my most problematic places (belly, love handles). In fact, my love handles completely disappeared after about 6 months of taking these (and combining them with moderate exercise, which did not previously help in and of itself).

For that reason, I advise you to use 4 pills at a time. - The product has no taste. - It suppresses appetite, and adjusts blood sugar, as a result and your diet gets benefits from it.
This was an interesting product to try. The dosage seems a bit high at 4 pills a day considering how large the pill is. The ingredients seem fair and to be a good proprietary blend. I did not get to reap the benefits as I found the size of the pill and the smell made it a hard pill to swallow!
Great quality supplement! I use these tablets once and twice a day, and although I haven't done the blood work to see how it effects my sugar levels, I've noticed that it definitely reduced the sugar craving.
