Love this product! Helping with my sleep. Feeling more relaxed. The taste is ok. I will take this for a long time. I'll be tempted by a stronger product (probably 1000 mg) and bigger numbers of capsules. Yes, a bigger size of a bottle would be better for me. Helping my metabolism and I'm less tired.
As a Man has hashimoto's hypothyroidism I take it with multivitamins which contains 50 mcg selenium in yhe ingredients and I add 100 mcg selenium tablet, I feel my thyroid improved because i get heat in my body unlike before along with my energy, metabolism mood and deeeep sleep as well. It seems potent quality!
I'm not sure how it works for PCOS or liver function, but let me not jinx it, the anxiety is very much gone. I don't have that enormous weight on my chest anymore and none of the anxiety symptoms, been using it for two weeks now, but saw results within a couple of days. So far so good!!
A very nice dose of inositol...which is fantastic for panic attacks and OCD symptoms. This potency is pretty good - depending on the degree of anxiety one might need up to 3 daily. Many of my clients have used it to good effect for this. It is also great for other aspect of nervous system function like diabetic neuropathy, as it strengthens the myelin shealth. The liver is also helped with this fab ingredient.

I just want to say inositol is by far a life saver! Please please if u have feelings of depression, suffers from anxiety, ocd, intrusive thoughts, or constantly overthink. PLEASE TRY THIS!! Good price for a natural supplement. Many benefits for both men and women. No taste, and the capsule size is average. Good quality. I like all the many benefits Inositol has to offer. I no longer need to take it at the moment though. I would repurchase if I need to continue it again.
