Bought this to try out when I started my interment fasting! Took this together with my black coffee along with a tsp spoonful of grass fed butter… Consumed this at around 7 in the morning and I felt full with no hunger pangs whatsoever till lunch. Took a good serving of lunch and popped another capsule as well and I did NOT feel hungry till about 12-1 the next day! However do take note that it leaves a funny sensation in your throat if you dissolve it in your coffee but, to combat that, drink a lot of water! So far I’ve long 2 kg within a week with this & counting my macros.
