Pomegranate has well-documented and well proven Positive effects on the vascular endothelium ( inner layer of the blood vessels), so it is valuable for cardiovascular health. Blueberry is reported to have a small but significant effect in lowering blood sugar; as such, it is worth including in a supplementation regime that aims to achieve better control of pre-diabetic conditions ( but we are all in the pre diabetes stage.....control of blood sugar inevitably gets worse as we grow older)

Great quality and enhanced absorbability. Also the dosage is appropriately dosed for 1 cap a day. Overall would recommend taking anytime of the day. Some research shows polyphenols helps with cardio health. Includes two great compunds blueberry and pomegranate. Competetively priced and as always great value from this brand.

I have just started taking these capsules, that is why 4 stars, not 5, but the ingredients sound perfect. I just wonder why no one mentions it’s good effect to digestive system: pomegranate is said to be a good antiseptic and effects the microbiom

It is part of my supplements to help boost the immune system during this COVID pandemic, it has a little funny smell but I believe most of the supplements has the same issue.

The combination of blueberry and pomegranate makes for super synergy. Blueberry benefits the brain and Pomegranate the heart. Excellent product. I used to take blueberry extract alone but this one off capsule is great for energy. I have taken this product for around 12 months and have had no reactions.
