Great topping for salads. I make a variety of lettuce salads with fruit added. I love to add assorted dried fruit as a topping as it looks great and tastes delicious. I feel it adds additional nutrients to the salad as well as added color and ingredients including the Peoria seeds. This product has many uses and is great quality. The package is a good size and I recommend it as a addition to many food items.
I got this after learning from Dr. Berg's nutrition Youtube channel that Vitamin C supplements are NOTHING like natural vitamin C! Vitamin C supplements are missing a chunk of things, and really only acidify your stomach liquids to aid digestion! You can do that with apple cider vinegar (or anything acidic)! There aren't really any real benefits to artificial vitamin C besides acidifying things. So I just HAD to get some natural vitamin C! He has his own line of dried berries, which he sells and markets as vitamin C, but they're impossible for me to get where I live. Thankfully iHerb has just what I needed! A giant bag that only includes berries! It's a HUGE size and they're, of course, smell and taste YUMMY! Amazing quality, ingredients and packaging. I use this everyday as "supplements". I cannot recommend this more. You need real fruit for your diet.
I purchased these berries just by chance and WOAH ! I simply add some almons and pistachios to these Super berries and I'm good to go for a long while. Working for a MLB team ,my day are pretty busy so theres not a lot of down time-especially during baseball season. I keep bags of these Superberries in my pocket for a quick'go-to' snack, Thanks IHerb for stock this awesome snack.
I really love this brand for the mixed dried fruit. I use it in my cereal and yogurt and for my mid afternoon snack too. It has the good varieties of berries including goji! And I love this size as most of the dried fruit found in iherb are of smaller size.
These are so good!! This is affordable compared to similar berry snacks and I feel like it lasts a while. I eat these on its own or I add it to my oatmeal or yogurt which is really good! It’s a healthy snack so I don’t feel guilty eating too many :)

The combination of dried berries and pumpkin seeds is tasty, though I wish there are more nuts in it! Organic fruit & seed products are expensive in Hong Kong but this product is surely a good value of money!! Love these super healthy snacks
This stuff is awesome! Love this in hot cereals, cold cereals, salads… Very pleased with product taste & freshness. Needs a little shaking to separate & mingle a bit, but not an issue. Great product!
