I give this to my boy who hates to drink vitamins and he has no problem taking as it is small to swallow. Very good product for kids who prefer tablets than liquid vitamins. In my opinion, I think maybe the zinc could be higher as the composition is kind of low for older kids.
not a lot of the percentage of B vitamins compared to a few others... and no iron.. it is not chewable but a small size so should be easy to swallow. But I like that it sourced from food products.. its in glass bottle... and according to one site it is the "First Supplement Brand to Have Its Entire Line of Products Certified Glyphosate Residue Free "
This has been the missing piece. We eat really well, organic, seasonal and local.. but I just can't get all the nutrients that are needed in a day in all the meals. This Whole Foods supplements is great for that. My daughter is 10 and is ok with a small pill. I feel good giving it to hear, knowing is high quality ingredients and benefits her overall health and immunity.

I always trust the quality of ingredients from this company, and this is the brand multi that I take myself. At the age of 6 my daughter has tried gummies and chewable supplements but the serving sizes seemed very big and she didn't like the taste of any. She is finally able to swallow a pill, and these are the perfect size and there is a definite improvement in the frequency she gets her daily. I love this product!
I take several of the MegaFood vitamin products for digestibility and wholesomeness. Since I distrust pet foods and related products, I am now giving these to our Labrador who recently had her spleen removed and also has diabetes. One at each meal, ground up. I was giving her MegaFood Balanced B Complex, while awaiting delivery of these. I could see a distinct improvement in her energy level on the B's, however, I am not sure she is getting much benefit from these...the jury is still out. Of course this is a human vitamin, but she seems to benefit from people glucosamine, fish, flax & coconut oils, as well as digestive. When these run out, I will switch back to the B's & perhaps try MegaFood Minerals for her. 5 Star because I trust other MegaFood Vitamins for myself and partner...MegaFood Minerals, Women's Daily, Vitamin C, Vegan Protect and others I have been taking for the past 20 years. I really like the vitamins of this company for children. good ingredients. the child is 5 age , sometimes he cannot swallow, then I calmly divide the vitamin with a knife into 2 parts. frequency 1 time per day in the morning after meals
