Convenient form of vitamin D
Verified Purchase
A very effective health and immune supplement. Easy to take, with beneficial ingredients, especially if you're deficient. Convenient packaging and excellent quality that delivers results even when you're not getting enough sun exposure.

Second purchase
Verified Purchase
This is the second time purchasing this. I like it as it is a tablet, not a gel capsule. It would be perfect if the tablet is slightly smaller for easy swallow. I was vitamin d deficient. Good ingredients and is in high quality. My dosage was 2500 iu per day and now 1000 iu per day after my levels have normalized.

Great Natural Ingredients, But Wish It Was Cleaner
Verified Purchase
I like that this Vitamin D3 includes organic brown rice, broccoli, parsley, carrots, and beetroot for extra nourishment. It feels like a more natural supplement option. However, I’m not a fan of some of the added ingredients like silicon dioxide. Overall, it’s a good product, but it could be even better with cleaner additives.

I've been taking it consistently and stocking up. I recommend buying it. I've been taking one a day for a year, and my blood pressure went from 18 to 26.
