I have been using it for some time. My doctor recommended it as natural and good for me because I don't like to take medicines and it makes me feel relaxed and calm and helps me focus better and feel with a good mood. These capsules are pretty impressive in supporting the healthy function of my brain, it calms my muscle and it helps ease my anxiety which I find it so amazing . My mood also improved a lot and I'm totally stress free, the packaging was also great and I have no problem with the shipping date, everything was fantastic.

Worked great for my family and I. You need a day or two to notice results. However, need to take a break because your body builds an immunity to it and it doesn't work as well.

I use this to get rid of my addictions of nicotine, caffeine and alcohol and it’s fantastic for anxiety. I could sleep like a log and it’s not addictive. I can sleep normal without it. This is the best thing going been using it for years.
