I have been using vitamins for a long time. I have nothing but positive experiences with them, but...I find the vitamins a little bit hard to swallow. The absorption is not great and after a couple months of taking them, I notice my mood swings and can even feel my body burning out on it. Unfortunately, vitals doesn't help much with this either
