I started using this in place of the standard process brand "ovex". It works just as good & is half the price! I also like that it has uterine glandular as well.

I have PCOS and I took this to try to shrink cysts/regulate my cycle and always within a few days of trying it my period starts up again. Unfortunately due to the high zinc content I don't include this one in my every day supplements.
